Any old tar surface deserves the chance to be renewed. Surely it has proven it's value over the years as a valuble asset. Our process seals the surface of the tar thus preserving and locking in it's natural ingredients normally lost by oxidation which in turn leads to loss of flexibility, resulting in cracks, and ultimate crumbling of affected areas. On the other end, just as important, sealing of your tar surfaces prevent or limit ingress of water, oil, volatile fuel products, brake fluid, salt, grease and the like, which are enemies of asphalt. If these are spilled, it can easily be wiped away by cloth or washed away with water on our smoothly sealed surfaces.
